We are open Wednesday through Saturday from 11AM to 4:30PM beginning on May 28th, 2025. We ask that you try your best to make it to our store by 4:00pm. We appreciate your cooperation with this, feel free to give us a call if you have any questions.
EMAIL FOR PICKUP or shipping
EMAILS MUST BE TIMESTAMPED BETWEEN MAY 28, 2025 and JUNE 28, 2025 (11:59 PM PST). Any email order dated before May 28th or after June 29th at 12:00am PST will be processed as regular orders with no discount. No extensions, no exceptions.
Starting on May 28, 2025, you can send us an email at simply7801@gmail.com for an order request. Please include your school, a description of the item(s) you need, and the exact size(s) and quantity. Specify youth or adult sizing as well. Please note that any pre-printed logo item sizing (including PE items, fleece sweatshirts, and select polos) will be verified with you over the phone, and once you confirm the logo, it is final sale and no returns/exchanges. If you are unsure of the sizes you need, please utilize option #1 above.
Please include a contact phone number. Your order will not be processed or set aside until one is provided. Email orders must be pre-paid via telephone with credit card (Visa or Mastercard) information and picked up at our office door up the handicap ramp to the left of our building during operating hours. You can designate an alternate pickup person if you provide their first and last name and telephone number. Please allow us 24-48 business hours to contact you via telephone.
Shipping Policy - We are happy to ship your items to you! Any order over $200 (before discount and tax) receives free shipping via UPS. Any order under $200 (before discount and tax) incurs a $15 shipping fee. For small orders, depending on the amount of items, it will be determined whether we will ship USPS or UPS. Orders for shipping will not ship until the next business day or until all items are in-stock, whichever happens first.
